Charting a Course Through the Innovation Minefield
Success in life and in business all starts with a plan. Innovation is no different. Yet too many businesses don’t properly plan for innovation, instead viewing it as a serendipitous act delivered straight from the business gods into the unsuspecting laps of corporate executives.
This lack of planning is a scary proposition in a world where companies are now earning billion-dollar valuations in 16 months, the average corporate lifespan is one-third of what it once was and 93% of Executives know their industries will be disrupted within the next 5 years.
This presentation talks through the major muscle movements involved in successful innovation planning, while identifying the necessary tools, tips, tricks, and techniques to implement it. We walk attendees through how an organization can identify areas ripe for innovation. And audience members receive a free copy of Ever Evolving’s proprietary Innovation ranking recipe designed to help executives identify what innovations to invest in.

Depending on your needs, this can be provided as a 4 or 8-hour workshop with a minimum of 10 and maximum of 25 participants. Participants can be from multiple organizations. The cost is $2,500 plus travel and hotel accommodations. The booking team is expected to provide the conference facilities, coffee, water, lunch and WiFi. Participants are required to have laptops for various portions of the workshop.
Charting a Course Through the Innovation Minefield – 2 Day Workshop
This workshop covers all the same material as the 1 Day version. But, it expands on it during a 2nd day to take some of these concepts and tailor them specifically for the your organization.
Specifically, the 2nd day will look at identifying the right in-house resources, building an initial innovation pipeline, outlining a schedule for the innovation pulse, and identifying the various tools that you can apply to increase speed and accuracy through your process.

This workshop is broken down into 2 8-hour days. There are no minimum or maximum participants, but it is strongly recommended that all participants be from the same company.
