The Innovation Pulse of an organization is the regular meeting between the InnoSpecting Champion, individual Innovation Champions, the Executive Board, and the Board of Directors. During the Innovation Pulse, the organization’s full Innovation Portfolio is examined, including potential new ideas, and funding for the various efforts is determined based on strategic fit, potential benefit to the organization, and historical past performance of the effort.
