The InnoSpecting Champion is the person in charge of the organization’s Innovation Portfolio. This role is typically filled by a Chief Innovation Officer or Senior Vice President of Innovation, and must have a enough authority within the organization to see innovations through from concept to completion. They will work closely with the Executive Board and Board of Directors to ensure that the innovations being developed align with the strategic direction of the company.
