The InnoSpecting Framework is a term that we developed. It is a combination of three thoughts t to help companies think of Innovation as a combination of three terms:

  1. Innovation, or looking for value in new and/or improved products and services.
  2. Being Introspective, or being able to accurately access your strengths and weakinesses.
  3. Prospecting, or looking for value in sources outside of your corporate walls.

In general, Ever Evolving defines the term Innovation as anything that positively effects the corporate bottom dollar. Therefore, that could be new produts or services that add more value, it could be taking a current product or service to a new customer base, or it could be a streamlining effort that saves the organization in overhead costs.
